For LawConsulted, this year is truly special – we are celebrating the company’s 15th anniversary. Over these years, much has changed: the legal market has become more dynamic, technology has deeply penetrated the industry, and client expectations have grown higher. But one thing has remained unchanged: our commitment to professionalism, responsibility, and protecting our clients’ interests.
The story of LawConsulted began in 2009, when several like-minded lawyers decided to combine their expertise and create a firm that would work differently. From the very start, we focused on an individual approach and attention to detail. Our first clients came to us with personal matters – family cases, inheritance disputes, consumer rights protection. We understood that for each client, their case was the most important. That trust became the foundation of our future reputation.
Soon, we began working with small businesses. Entrepreneurs trusted us to handle transactions, draft contracts, and provide legal support when entering new markets. We aimed to be more than just lawyers – true partners who help clients grow and safeguard their interests at every step.
As our client base expanded, so did our team. We brought in specialists in corporate, tax, and arbitration law, developed dedicated practices, and built areas of expertise. Within just a few years, we were supporting major deals, resolving corporate conflicts, and representing clients in arbitration proceedings.
A key milestone was the opening of international offices. This enabled us to work with multinational corporations, support cross-border transactions, and advise clients across multiple jurisdictions. It was then that we fully realized: LawConsulted must think globally, while preserving local precision and attention to detail.
15 years of work means hundreds of successfully completed cases and projects. We are proud that more than 80% of new clients come through referrals. Our portfolio includes investment transactions, resolution of complex litigation, and protecting businesses from unfair competition and tax pressure.
Over the years, we have earned recognition within the professional community: LawConsulted has been ranked among European legal firms and received several awards for contributions to the development of corporate law. Yet, the greatest recognition for us remains our clients’ gratitude and their trust.
